Challenge
Manage the implementation and fulfillment of the Toyota "Win a Vacation from the Ordinary" Sweepstakes in the Chicago market ensuring the sweepstakes was properly showcased in each dealership. The end result was to create a custom database for each participating Toyota dealership.

Solution
Working with the Toyota USA, a custom direct mail piece and point of purchase kit was designed to fit within strict brand standards and coordinate with pre-produced national promotional materials. The point-of-purchase materials were displayed for a one-month period. Upon completion of the program, CSMG coordinated entry box pick-up, selected the grand prize winners and provided each dealership with a list of interested customers for follow-up.
