Challenge
Differentiate the Shell brand and increase volume at participating Shell locations by creating a turn key program executed at the retail level.
 
Solution
Loyal Shell customers were rewarded with a 2 for $54 (2 for 1) lift ticket offer at Copper Mountain and Winter Park Resorts throughout ski season.  The program was communicated with eye catching POP at over 90 Front Range Shell locations. Shell customers received a free lift ticket with every lift ticket purchased by attaching 3 receipts for 10 gallons or more to a loyalty card and presenting the card at the ski resort. The promotion was turn key for all parties and proved so successful in 2003 that it was repeated in 2004.
